Following a twenty-five year career in organized medicine, Pam created The PMC Group. The PMC Group works with individuals and organizations looking for a new image or continued association management.
She is a certified association executive (CAE) through the American Society of Association Executives, a certified image consultant (AICI) through the Association of Image Consultants International and the London School of Image Management, and a Registered Leadership Coach(RLC) through the International Coach Federation. She has expertise in facilitation, leadership development and strategic planning.
Her primary focus is non-profit organizational behavior and change. Her passion is Board analysis, performance and executive coaching. Current and past clients include: Illinois Hospice & Palliative Care Organization; The Compass Group of Health Systems; American Rental Association; Triological Society of ENT Physicians; Illinois Society of Pathologists; College of American Pathologists; North Shore University Healthcare; Northwestern University Alumni Association; Arthroscopy Association of North American; American Board of Podiatric Surgeons, Columbia College-Chicago; FranCorp International; Neal McDevitt Law; American Association of Massage Therapists; International Association of Executive Recruitment; ABC TV/WLS-Chicago; A.T. Kearney; Deloitte and Touche; and BMO Harris Bank. She is a guest lecturer at Northwestern University, Dominican University, and appeared regularly on ABC-7 TV Chicago and FOX as a ‘style reporter.’
She has served on the following Boards: Adler Planetarium Museum; Midwest Palliative Care Center; Association of Image Consultants International (Chicago Chapter); and Galena Territory Association. She now serves on the Journey Care Board of Trustees.
She volunteers at the Young Women’s Leadership Charter School as a leadership coach.
Her formal education is in business administration from Michigan State University, with graduate studies at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management Executive Program, and Notre Dame University Mendoza School of Business.
