Step 2: Needs Assessment
If we seem to have a basis of understanding, The PMC Group will set up a time for a follow-up interview (either by phone or in person) to discuss your needs in more detail.
It is during this meeting when we will determine which of the services we offer will fit your needs. We’ll determine whether you will be discovering your own visual and
behavioral style, looking to improve your verbal and non-verbal communication skills, or if your goal is to focus on business strategies and organizational development.
Step 3: Let’s Get Started
Based on the interview, a detailed proposal, which will include the basic steps involved, a preliminary schedule and a cost estimate will be prepared for your review.
With your approval, payment methods will be agreed upon and the work will begin.
