Pamela Cramer, AICI, CAE
Pamela Cramer, Principal of the PMC Group, is a corporate
trainer and consultant, image specialist, etiquette expert,
and speaker—working with individual and corporate
clients. For more than twenty years she worked as a Vice
President in organized medicine focusing on continuing
medical education, practice management communications,
governance, and physician recruitment.
Her passion for corporate excellence led her to create The PMC Group, a corporate coaching collaboration dedicated to developing extraordinary power in leadership through Appearance, Behavior and Communication.
As a corporate trainer and coach, she has provided programs in professional development, image management, communications skills, business and dining etiquette, personality profiling (Meyers Briggs), Governance Board Development, and strategic planning for the American Medical Association, College of American Pathologists, Northwestern University Alumni Association, The Chicago Forum, the American Society of Association Executives, Evanston Northwestern Healthcare and the Chicago Junior League.
Certified by the American Society of Association Executives and holding professional status in the Association of Image Consultants International provide Pamela Cramer with a unique blend of corporate experience married with soft skill enhancement training tools. She has trained at the London Image Institute, the International Institute for Image Communications, Michigan State University, Kellogg School of Management, and Indiana School of Business Executive Program.
Pamela also serves in leadership positions on the Boards of the Women’s Board of the Adler Planetarium, Palliative Care Center and Hospice of the North Shore and Association of Image Consultants International. She is a member of The American Society of Association Executives, National Association of Female Executives, The Chicago Forum, and the Shepherd Society.
